Company Overview:
Luxor Technology provides innovative solutions for Bitcoin mining, including an ASIC Brokerage Desk that facilitates the global trade of specialized mining hardware. The company processes tens of thousands of machines monthly and has one of the highest-volume desks worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Bitcoin mining hardware procurement for clients through the OTC ASIC Trading Desk.
  • Educate clients on ASIC markets, mining technology, trends, and trading processes.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and grow market share.
  • Source and evaluate new supplies of ASICs and GPUs.
  • Coordinate logistics and after-sales support with the operations team.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, KPIs, and analyze sales activity for improvements.
  • Produce and maintain sales reports for internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Based in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or communication.
  • 2+ years in sales/customer-facing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Bitcoin and the mining industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adjust sales strategies based on customer types and stages.
  • Self-driven and customer-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools (Hubspot).
  • Basic financial accounting knowledge.
