Business Development Executive - Quidax

About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth in our Institutional Sales team. If you have a strong understanding of the foreign exchange (FX) market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for client success, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Growth: Identify and secure new FX business opportunities, develop strategies, and exceed sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand currency exchange needs, and offer tailored solutions.
• Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on FX market trends and provide insights to clients.
• Sales & Marketing: Promote FX products through presentations, networking events, and collaboration with the marketing team.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

What You Need:

• 2+ years in sales, business development, or a related role (preferably in finance/FX).
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian FX market and financial regulations.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM tools.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
