Job Opportunity: Engineering Manager at Token Metrics

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product roadmap.
• Propose and oversee project budgets.
• Supervise multiple teams (data engineers, software engineers, data scientists, QA testers).
• Plan and execute project strategies to meet deadlines.
• Research and develop new designs and products.
• Ensure talent development and training.
• Ensure alignment and support from upper management.
• Provide clear instructions to engineering teams.

Requirements:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Architect.
• Scrum Master, Agile certified.
• Proficient in React Native, Node JS, Javascript, Python.
• Experience with Sonarqube or similar code review software.
• Experience with feature management tools (e.g., LaunchDarkly, Split).
• Master’s degree in Engineering Management, Technical Management, or Business Administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Extensive engineering experience with proven leadership skills.
• Strong technical and supervisory abilities.
• Must come highly recommended.
