We are seeking a hands-on Customer Acquisition Manager to drive growth through affiliate programs, paid media campaigns, KOL partnerships, and SEO. Ideal candidates should have a strong track record in scaling acquisition strategies in the tech and financial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate Program Development & Management: Scale affiliate efforts, onboard/manage affiliates and KOLs, optimize performance.
  • KOLs & Partnerships: Acquire and nurture relationships with KOLs/ambassadors, expand reach.
  • Paid Customer Acquisition: Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing initiatives for high ROI.
  • SEO Oversight: Manage SEO strategy and external agency coordination to increase organic traffic.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance; provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in customer acquisition (affiliate marketing, paid ads, partnerships) in fintech or web3.
  • Proven experience building and scaling acquisition programs with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
  • Experience managing KOLs and external agencies.
  • Strategic, hands-on mindset with growth-oriented goals.
