• Deal Sourcing: Identify and engage early-stage crypto startups, focusing on TON projects.
• Screening: Assess market potential, team capabilities, and technical feasibility.
• Due Diligence: Evaluate tokenomics, product-market fit, security, and competition.
• Investment Analysis: Develop financial models, assess valuations, and identify risks.
• Networking: Build relationships with founders, accelerators, and ecosystem partners.

Requirements

• TON Ecosystem Expertise: Strong knowledge of The Open Network (TON).
• Experience: 2+ years in VC, PE, IB, consulting, or crypto investment.
• Blockchain Knowledge: Understanding of Web3, decentralized technologies, and crypto trends.
• Analytical Skills: Financial modeling and technical data interpretation.
• Communication: Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Languages: English required; Russian is a plus.
