Role Overview:

• Drive adoption of Circle’s products with enterprise clients (banks, fintechs, digital wallets, etc.).
• Build and manage strategic partnerships to increase transaction volume and market share.
• Lead partnership initiatives from design to launch, activation, and growth.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Marketing, and Compliance teams to create value-driven solutions.
• Own partner relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, campaign execution, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand Circle’s reach.
• Work cross-functionally to align partnerships with company goals.
• Manage high-value enterprise accounts, driving engagement and adoption.
• Provide strategic guidance to partners to optimize stablecoin usage.
• Focus on Time to Value (TTV) to ensure smooth onboarding and measurable outcomes.
• Navigate complex organizations to build strong executive relationships.
• Support sales enablement activities to drive partner success.

What You Bring:

• 12+ years managing customer relationships from onboarding to renewal.
• Strong track record in customer success, growth strategy, and upselling.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and drive complex goals.
• Expertise in fintech, payments, cryptocurrencies, or financial services.
• Ownership mindset with attention to detail and a drive for excellence.
• Passion for building in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
