Role Overview

We seek a proactive Engineering Manager to lead and manage teams of data engineers, software engineers, data scientists, and QA testers. The role involves overseeing multiple projects, setting strategies, and ensuring timely execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the product roadmap
• Supervise engineering teams across multiple projects
• Manage budgets and project timelines
• Research, develop, and enhance products
• Ensure alignment with company goals and leadership support
• Implement training and talent development initiatives

Requirements

•  AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Google Cloud Architect
• Expertise in Scrum, Agile, Design Thinking, and Product Management
• Strong skills in React Native, Node.js, JavaScript, Python
• Experience with SonarQube or similar code review tools
• Knowledge of feature management tools (LaunchDarkly, Split, etc.)
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or related fields
• Proven leadership, technical, and supervisory experience
