Role Overview:
Support BitMEX’s Financial Crime Compliance program, focusing on Sanctions and Travel Rule compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on KYC, Sanctions, and Travel Rule compliance.
• Implement and manage the Travel Rule program.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Stay updated on regulations and industry trends.
• Provide training and guidance on compliance policies.
• Support regulatory audits, risk assessments, and program enhancements.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of AML & Sanctions compliance experience (1+ year in crypto preferred).
• Experience in compliance program implementation and testing.
• Compliance certification (e.g., CAMS, CGSS, ICA Diploma).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
