Role Overview

Seeking a Product Engineering Manager to lead a team of Full Stack Web Engineers working on BitMEX’s website, APIs, and mobile apps. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to enhance the retail trading experience.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage & mentor a team of 10-15 engineers
• Product Development: Work with stakeholders to deliver a top-tier crypto trading experience
• Technical Leadership: Drive innovation, set best practices, and ensure high-quality user experience

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering
• Experience managing frontend, backend, and mobile engineers
• Expertise in NodeJS & React
• Strong background in financial services & real-time trading UIs
