Head of Quality Assurance - Galaxy

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics and KPIs.
• Implement automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on QA initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years in QA, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Expertise in QA methodologies, automation tools, and industry standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications (ISTQB, ASQ, Six Sigma) are a plus.
