Role Overview:
The Sales Director will drive revenue growth, expand institutional client relationships, and execute strategic sales plans. This senior role focuses on selling financial products to large financial institutions in a regulated crypto environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients (crypto and financial sectors).
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the client base and product adoption.
  • Present tailored solutions for clients, including crypto trading products like digital asset spot trading and perpetuals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Act as a trusted partner to clients, maximizing ROI and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain data integrity and provide sales intelligence reports.
  • Travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership in crypto, global finance, or tech sectors.
  • Strong C-suite relationships and business development experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency and digital asset markets.
  • Excellent client relationship management and sales planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, G Suite, and other tools.
  • Outstanding communication and self-accountability.
