 What You’ll Do:

• Advise on risk management, finance, corporate governance, AML, and compliance.
• Provide legal guidance in a fast-paced fintech environment.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Support licensing efforts and regulatory compliance.
• Engage with regulators and attend legal hearings.

What We Expect:

• 5+ years of experience in corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of BSP, SEC, BIR, LGUs, and AMLC regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with adaptability in a high-intensity environment.
• Passion for fintech, payments, and cryptocurrency.
