What You’ll Do

• Conduct and review OFAC screenings, escalate potential issues, and file reports if needed.
• Perform customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and risk assessments.
• Investigate AML alerts and file suspicious activity reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML and OFAC procedures and recommend improvements.
• Assist institutional clients during the onboarding process.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of compliance experience with KYC onboarding reviews.
• 1+ year experience in cryptocurrency.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML, CDD, EDD, and transaction monitoring.

Bonus Points

• CAMS certification.
• Experience with transaction monitoring and risk assessment.
• Passion for crypto and working in a fast-paced environment.

 Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 USD + bonus & equity incentives
