Role Overview

Join our legal team as a Regulatory Legal Counsel, advising on fintech and regulatory matters while working closely with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise business teams on legal and regulatory matters.
• Review laws, provide strategic guidance, and support new product launches.
• Handle corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Liaise with regulators and manage license applications.
• Engage policymakers on blockchain industry regulations.
• Manage legal disputes and alternative dispute resolution.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Legal qualification in Singapore, Hong Kong, UK, or similar common law jurisdiction preferred.
• Experience in financial services regulatory or corporate law is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proactive, commercial mindset, and a team player.
