Role Overview

• Develop and execute loyalty & rewards strategies to drive customer Fan Token activity
• Optimize pricing, personalize rewards, and enhance customer retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

• Create strategies to align with company goals and customer expectations
• Analyze customer data to identify loyalty opportunities
• Conduct competitive analysis of Web3 loyalty programs
• Implement strategies to improve reward offerings and customer experience
• Track program effectiveness using KPIs and report to senior management
• Stay updated on Web3 trends and blockchain technologies

Requirements
