Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct CDD/KYC for B2B onboarding, remediation, and periodic reviews
• Perform third-party due diligence and risk assessments
• Investigate suspicious activity and report to authorities
• Ensure compliance with Swiss AML/CTF regulations
• Collaborate with senior managers to mitigate regulatory risks

Requirements:

• 3-6 years experience in a similar role in B2B financial services or digital assets
• Expertise in financial crime, KYC, and CDD
• Understanding of capital markets and banking systems
• Relevant degree (law or business) and compliance qualifications (e.g., ACAMS)
• Knowledge of digital asset regulations a plus

• Strong communication (written & verbal) in English
