Fidelity Investments is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Problem Manager to join our Enterprise Problem Management (EPM) team. This role focuses on eliminating issues across the Fidelity enterprise, driving root cause analysis, implementing preventive solutions, and improving system resilience and stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discussions to identify root causes and future prevention strategies.
  • Collaborate across teams and vendors to enhance system performance and avoid recurring issues.
  • Utilize structured methods (e.g., 5-Whys, Ishikawa diagrams) to analyze incidents and drive solutions.
  • Create clear documentation and metrics reports for leadership and teams.
  • Promote proactive opportunities to improve processes and technology.

Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise-level support and problem management (ServiceNow expertise preferred).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Technical background with ITSM knowledge (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
  • Familiarity with Agile, development, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, AWS, Microsoft Azure) are a plus.
