Product Design Lead - Windranger

We’re looking for an experienced Product Design Lead to drive design strategy for Mantle’s core ecosystem products, including the mETH Protocol, Rewards Station, and Mantle Website.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Mentor: Manage a team of three product designers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Design Strategy: Develop and execute design strategies to enhance user experience and product engagement.
• Consistency & UX: Ensure a unified design language across all Mantle products.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align design with business goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product design, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience designing crypto products and understanding blockchain technologies.
• Strong expertise in UX, design systems, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred

• Graphic design and visual storytelling experience.
• Familiarity with agile processes and iterative design.
