About the Role:
Join Tiny SPL as an AI Prompt Engineer, where you'll design, optimize, and refine prompts to enhance AI performance and user interaction within our Web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product and tech teams to understand user needs
• Design, test, and refine high-quality AI prompts to enhance engagement
• Debug and optimize prompts using A/B testing and user feedback
• Research LLM jailbreaks and prompt security for Web3
• Stay updated on AI and Web3 developments to inform prompt strategy

Key Qualifications:

• Experience with LLM prompt engineering
• Strong understanding of AI models and optimization techniques
• Ability to analyze, debug, and improve AI outputs
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
• Self-starter, adaptable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours
• Bonus: Experience with Web3/blockchain and on-chain AI
