Role Overview

We seek an experienced Regional Director to lead business development in LATAM. You’ll be the key representative for SDF, driving growth, partnerships, and regulatory engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand DeFi, asset tokenization, and user adoption in LATAM.
• Lead business development with developers and financial institutions.
• Represent SDF at regional events, conferences, and policy discussions.
• Assist with regulatory and government relations in collaboration with legal teams.

Qualifications

✔ 10+ years in business development (blockchain, fintech, or finance).
✔ 2+ years in blockchain, with knowledge of crypto exchanges & asset tokenization.
✔ Strong stakeholder communication & relationship management skills.
✔ Ability to work remotely & collaboratively across teams.
✔ Willingness to travel frequently for meetings & events.

Bonus Points
