You will:

• Analyze and interpret data using statistical techniques, providing ongoing reports.
• Acquire and visualize data from primary or secondary sources.
• Conduct hypothesis testing to validate assumptions and support decisions.
• Identify trends and patterns in complex data sets.
• Filter and clean data to identify and fix issues.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize business needs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Explore blockchain ecosystem opportunities and risks.
• Improve validation processes through research and modeling.
• Configure tools for data loading, processing, and transformation.
• Define data requirements for the engineering team.
• Manage data marts and establish data lineage.
• Develop dashboards and contribute to company-level reporting.

You have:

• Proficient in SQL (preferably PL/pgSQL).
• Skilled in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, Golang, or Rust).
• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Ethereum.
• Expertise in smart contracts, prediction models, and blockchain RPCs.
• Research-focused, distinct from typical data analyst roles.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Skilled in data storytelling and presenting insights.
• Fluent in English.

Bonus:

• 3+ years of experience in product companies.
• Familiarity with tools like Redash and GraphQL.
• Advanced SQL skills (Google BigQuery preferred).
• Python for analytics.
• Knowledge of ETL tools (Airflow, DBT).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
