Security Lead - Scroll.io (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain security practices, policies, and procedures
• Develop security strategy for infrastructure, node operations, cloud instances, and on-chain activities
• Oversee bug bounty program and incident response
• Lead security reviews for protocol upgrades and coordinate audits
• Ensure security is integrated into the development lifecycle
• Build relationships with external security researchers and the broader community

Requirements:

• 5+ years in blockchain security, with leadership experience
• Expertise in Solidity, EVM, Layer 2 solutions, blockchain security
• Strong background in security standards, tools, and cloud security
• Proven experience leading security teams in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Haves:

• Contributions to blockchain security tools or frameworks
• Experience with zk proof systems (r1cs, plonkish, AIR, stark)
• Experience securing Layer 2 or ZK systems
• Active participation in bug bounty programs
