Role Overview:

Lead BitMEX’s affiliate program & partner marketing strategies
Recruit top-performing affiliates to boost company performance
Develop & manage affiliate campaigns to maximize ROI
Collaborate with Retail Sales & Product teams on co-marketing efforts
Initiate campaigns with incentives & bonuses
Analyze & report on affiliate program performance
Enhance Affiliate Dashboard based on feedback

Qualifications:

6+ years in a client-facing role, with 3-4 years in crypto/online financial services
Strong sales-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
Motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented
Crypto knowledge a major advantage
Experience in affiliate marketing or partner management preferred
