Role Overview

As a Senior Manager, Partnerships, you will:

• Identify and close partnerships with DeFi protocols, wallets, and platforms.
• Drive DeFi projects on Stellar and support ecosystem integration.
• Build relationships in Web3 to support Stellar’s DeFi expansion.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on business opportunities.
• Represent SDF at industry events and conferences.

What You Need

•  5+ years in crypto, Web3, or DeFi (1+ year in DeFi specifically).
• Strong relationships with wallets, protocols, and exchanges.
• Experience in business negotiations and executing complex projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus Points

• Experience in non-EVM DeFi.
• Background in capital markets, trading, or complex financing.
• Fluency in additional languages.
