Role Overview

Join our Trading Engine team to build next-gen trading systems, handling order management, risk management, market data, and settlement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance trading system components
• Implement new features, fix bugs, and optimize performance
• Collaborate with financial product teams and quantitative researchers
• Mentor team members and contribute to company initiatives

Requirements

• 8+ years of Java development in high-performance environments
• Experience with low-latency trading systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Background in financial services (Hedge Funds, Banks, or Exchanges)
• Strong knowledge of software development practices (TDD, BDD), design patterns (SOLID), algorithms, and concurrency

Nice to Have

• Experience with execution algos, risk management, FX/Crypto markets
• Knowledge of KDB/q, Docker/Kubernetes, REST/WS, FIX protocols
