We’re seeking a dynamic Professional Services Engineer to collaborate with clients, delivering tailored solutions that leverage our platform's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom solutions for client requirements.
• Develop tools, integrations, and scripts to enhance client operations.
• Work on frontend and backend components for end-to-end solutions.
• Assist with Fireblocks API integration and workflow development for crypto/Web3.
• Train clients on technical solutions, ensuring seamless adoption.
• Stay updated on blockchain, cryptocurrency, and decentralized technologies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
• Knowledge of frontend/backend technologies and database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and blockchain tools (smart contracts, Web3 libraries).
• Understanding of security protocols and best practices in blockchain.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-focused skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Fireblocks or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
