Role Overview

Seeking a Technical Partner Success Manager to:

• Support businesses and developers integrating with UniswapX & Trading APIs
• Bridge technical support, B2B customer success, and strategic partnerships
• Ensure smooth partner integrations and advocate for their needs internally

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical relationships with partners and internal teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges
• Enhance partner support through automation and scalable processes
• Maintain API key management and developer documentation
• Represent Uniswap Labs in partner channels and forums
• Influence product improvements based on partner feedback

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical customer success, support, or integrations
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to engage with executives, developers, and business partners
• Proactive, independent, and process-oriented
• Interest in DeFi & blockchain technologies

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $171,000 - $189,000 (NYC Pay Transparency Law)
