Job Responsibilities:

• Drive OTC trading growth in the APAC region, focusing on high-touch and automated services
• Identify new trading opportunities to boost volume and revenue
• Manage relationships with counterparties and liquidity providers
• Execute trades with competitive pricing and liquidity solutions
• Collaborate with developers to automate trading processes
• Provide market insights to refine trading strategies
• Work with Sales/Commercial teams to increase trading volumes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or Quantitative field
• Experience in trading within Asian traditional markets (crypto experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of HFT/market-making
• Proficiency in data analysis for trading decisions
• Experience in process optimization and automation
• Deep interest in blockchain, crypto, and digital assets
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
